What the plans include
- One publication is one issue. Fixing typos, changing the layout or reordering articles in that issue all count towards the same publication.
- Every plan includes a public shelf, the free trial too: one page at zinewright.com/c/your-name that lists your published issues and updates by itself. Search engines list it only if you turn that on.
- Only successful generations count. A generation that fails on our side, its retries, and a request that reuses pages we have already generated are free.
- The same size limits apply on every plan: text and Word up to 200 chapters and 120,000 English words (200,000 Chinese characters), up to 600 pages; PDF up to 20 MB and 600 pages.
- Subscriptions: there is no limit on how many issues you publish, and every published issue stays online while you are subscribed. The 100 generations a month are shared by all your issues and do not roll over; each account has 10 GB of storage.
- If you cancel a subscription, each published issue stays online until 12 months after it was first published. PDFs you have downloaded are always yours. Publishing new issues or generating again needs an active plan or a single-issue purchase.
- Custom sites with your own design and domain are quoted per project and are not part of any plan; write to us.
- Not included: manual typesetting by our team. Team seats, reading statistics and custom domains are not available yet and are not part of any plan.
How payment works
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can pay with the methods Paddle offers in your country. Paddle sends the receipt, and you can manage or cancel a subscription from the link in that email. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
